by Sugar Valley, GA (March 29, 2022) — Karastan Rugs is making a grand debut of their new, expansive showroom with two VIP events hosted by notable designer Stacy Garcia. During these events, attendees will receive insights into Stacy’s design process and finding the perfect partnership.
“As we return to High Point Market, we are excited to bring more than a beautiful showroom with fashion-forward rugs, this year we are bringing interactive events with sought-after leaders in design,” said Michael Riley, senior vice president of sales and product, Karastan Rugs.
“Stacy Garcia is a world-renowned pattern and product designer. And at our Karastan Rugs brunch, attendees will gain an exclusive look about the inspiration behind her designs.”
On Sunday April 3, Karastan Rugs will be hosting a brunch and cocktail hour with Furniture, Lighting & Décor and Stacy Garcia for a candid one-on-one conversation, covering everything from concept development to marketing strategies. High Point Market attendees are invited to join the magazine and designer for a brunch from 12:30 – 1 p.m., where Stacy will share the inspiration behind her new rug collection, the importance of a quality manufacturing process and how finding the right licensing partner is integral to launching a successful collection.
During this designer brunch, Karastan Rugs will be giving away a Stacy Garcia prize package that includes a rug from her collection and a $500 Shop Stacy gift card. To enter into the giveaway, attendees must RSVP to the brunch event. Karastan Rugs encourages attendees to post a photo with Stacy, follow and tag Karastan Rugs and Stacy Garcia on Instagram for an extra chance to win.
Once the designer brunch comes to a close, attendees are invited to join the Karastan Rugs mixology event from 3:00 – 4:40 p.m. to celebrate the new spring collections, including the new additions to Stacy Garcia’s top-selling Rendition collection.
“We are excited to re-introduce top-selling products from exclusive collections and with new colorations, giving High Point Market attendees an exclusive first look” said Riley. These new introductions include Crescendo Periwinkle, based off the number one seller,
Crescendo Oyster in a stylish new shade. They are also bringing the sold-out Zagaria Soot and Adras Blue Teal from a previous exclusive line to the Rendition collection. Featuring modern hues of navy, khaki, cream, denim and dark gold with a contemporary abstract design, the Abydos Periwinkle is also being introduced to the collection.
