The company has promoted Roland Maddrey to national vice president of sales. He previously was vice president of East Coast sales since joining the company in March 2024, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to the role.

“Maddrey has demonstrated strong leadership and a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales growth,” the company said.

Reporting to President Chris Pelcher, he will be responsible for all the company’s sales across the U.S. and also will be charged with developing key relationships and leading continued growth for the company.

In addition, the company has promoted Ashley Smith to manager of customer service. She has been with the company since January 2000, most recently as assistant customer service manager.

“Her wealth of company knowledge and processes is an invaluable asset,” the company said.

In her new position, she reports to Johnson and will lead the customer service team and “help ensure the company continues to provide the high level of service its customers and retail partners expect.”

Pelcher said the company is pleased to announce these recent promotions.

“These promotions recognize the tremendous talent and leadership we have within our organization,” he said. “Roland, Dock and Ashley have each made significant contributions to our company and have consistently demonstrated the commitment, leadership and customer focus that are so important to our success. I am excited to see them take on these expanded responsibilities as we continue to strengthen our organization and position Legacy Classic | Modern for future growth.”

The company also noted that Maddrey and Johnson will continue to partner with Pelcher on Legacy’s executive committee, alongside Courtney Cole, vice president of merchandising, operations, strategy and business analytics.

“Together, the leadership team will continue to focus on strengthening operations, supporting customers and identifying opportunities for growth across the organization,” the company said.
