He also will help lead further growth in international markets along with business development in the contract and hospitality side of the business.

The company said that he and Jessica Norby, who joined the company in February, served together as co-vice presidents of sales. She remains vice president of sales, and has more than 15 years of luxury home furnishings sales leadership experience. She also serves as the 2026 president of WithIt.

“She now owns the entire U.S. sales organization and the full domestic revenue number across upholstery, COM, and import,” the company said. “Every member of the sales team other than the executive vice president reports to her, including the field and traveling reps, the 1099 independent reps and rep groups, the showroom teams in New York, Miami, Stamford, and High Point and the sales and operations manager and inside sales.”

McFadden has been with the company nearly 27 years, having previously served in the executive sales leadership role.

“Drawing on decades of industry relationships, he leads international expansion and stands up a repeatable engine for the contract and hospitality business,” the company said. “He also owns competitive analysis and market intelligence and serves as a strategic advisor to Jessica. It is a role that opens the markets that will define the company’s next decade of growth.”

He reports to Carl Philips, chief executive officer of Interlude Home.
