Description: The Vice President of Investor Relations & Strategy will create and own all areas of the Bob’s Investor Relations strategy, serving as a strategic connector between our financial performance, long-term growth strategy, and the investor community. In this role, you will apply advanced skills in investor relations, financial storytelling, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to shape and communicate a compelling investment narrative, support valuation, and influence enterprise-wide decision-making. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, merchandising, marketing, and external partners to ensure consistent, data-driven messaging while driving strategic initiatives that support both near-term performance and long-range growth objectives. This role reports directly to our Chief Financial Officer. The role is primarily remote, with regular travel (4-8 days/month) to the Manchester, CT Home Office and periodic investor-related travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Finance, or related fields
- Experience in a public company or public-company-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards
