Description: Furnitureland South is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join its world-class retail team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the store’s sales staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing effective training programs that result in increased sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. This person will use a variety of training techniques, including classroom training, on-the-job training, e-learning, and coaching, to ensure that sales staff have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field and two years of sales training, or related experience or at least 5 years of sales training, sales, and or retail management experience. Retail Sales training experience is highly preferred.
