Description: The Vice President of Domestic Sales is a strategic growth leader responsible for defining and executing domestic sales strategies that enhance Caracole’s market presence, drive revenue growth, and reinforce brand affinity with retail, design trade, and direct channels. This executive role blends leadership, analytics, commerce insight, and partnership development — ensuring sales initiatives are aligned with product innovation, brand identity, and evolving customer expectations. The ideal leader will articulate a compelling vision for the sales organization, cultivate strong cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Product, Operations), and drive disciplined execution across all domestic sales touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within the furniture, design, luxury lifestyle, or premium consumer goods industries.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics, customer insights, and market data to influence strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
