PICO RIVERA, Calif. — AICO/Amini Innovation Corp. honored employees with three annual awards at its holiday party this month at their main office here.
The Employee of the Year was Jerry Robles, in recognition of his outstanding dedication and contributions to the company.

“Jerry represents everything AICO stands for: Attitude, Initiative, Commitment and Outstanding performance. His work ethic sets the standard for our entire organization, and his willingness to go above and beyond has made a real difference in our success this year,” said company CEO and founder Michael Amini.
Amini added, “What makes Jerry truly exceptional is not just what he accomplishes, but how he lifts up everyone around him. He’s the kind of team member every company hopes for.”

The Spirit of Excellence award went to Jose Puga.
“Excellence is more than a skill or achievement; it is consistently performing at a level that inspires others and creates meaningful impact. Jose exemplifies this every day. He combines a team-first mindset with action, strengthening both our results and our culture,” said company President David Koehler.
The Rising Star award was presented to Baer Lanfried.

“In just one year, Baer Lanfried has made an extraordinary impact on our brand, our operations and the overall energy of our company,” said Jeff Santanello, vice president of sales. “By reimagining our website, Baer didn’t just modernize our image, he elevated how we present ourselves to the world.”
“All three of these awards were well deserved,” Amini said. “I am proud to lead such a committed and talented team.”
