by CARMICHAEL, Calif. — The Home Furnishings Association announces that retailer Lacks Furniture is the 2025 HFA Retailer of the Year Award winner (50 employees and above).
HFA CEO Shannon Williams will present the award to Seth Aaronson, the chief executive officer of Lacks Valley Stores Ltd., in an awards celebration at 9 a.m. Central on Thursday, April 17, at the Lacks Furniture Galleria at 1200 E Expressway 83, McAllen, Texas.
The HFA Retailer of the Year Award is given to home furnishings businesses that continue to innovate and grow during disruption. These companies create and maintain a desirable brand to buy from and work for while providing a unique customer experience. Lacks Furniture was nominated by its peers and judged by a panel of judges composed of HFA retailer members, past award winners, and industry manufacturers and service providers.
