Description: In this newly established role, the Risk Manager will oversee the strategic direction, coordination, and evaluation of the organization’s comprehensive risk management program. This includes identifying, assessing, and measuring risks across key areas such as finance, insurance, technology, compliance, environmental impact, and company reputation. This hybrid position is located in East Taunton, MA. This person will introduce contingency plans to reduce and control risks and liabilities while reviewing risk policies regularly to ensure they are compliant with relevant new legislation. They are responsible for company business insurance portfolio, overseeing health and safety measures, and making business continuity plans to limit unacceptable risk levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Math, or related field
- 4-7 years previous experience
- Project management and supervisory experience helpful
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
