Dorothy Belshaw transitions to advisory role at Andmore

HIGH POINT — Andmore, the organization that manages and leases property for the High Point, Las Vegas and Atlanta markets, has announced that its president and chief growth officer Dorothy Belshaw is transitioning into an advisory role, effective Feb. 14.

The change is part of a strategic plan that includes several other changes to its executive team, which Andmore CEO Jon Pertchik shared in a memo with tenants this week.

Belshaw has been with Andmore and International Market Centers for more than 13 years.

“During her tenure, Dorothy has played an important role in shaping the vision of Andmore’s markets, and I am thrilled that she will continue as an advisor,” he said. “I am grateful for Dorothy’s contributions to Andmore and our industry.”

Belshaw has been with Andmore and its predecessor organization International Market Centers for more than 13 years. She joined IMC as president of the gift segment in 2012 and was named executive vice president and chief growth officer in March 2023 before being named Andmore president this past April.

Before joining IMC in 2012, she was with the New York International Gift Fair, serving in a variety of roles including senior vice president and director and overseeing new business development for more than 20 years.

Other changes to the Andmore executive team are as follows:

+ Katie Potter has been named executive vice president of corporate development.

+ Landon Williams has been named executive vice president and chief technology officer.

+ Ximena Juncosa has been named executive vice president and chief human resource officer.

+ Joe Oriti has been named interim chief financial officer.

Pertchik added that Greg Avitabile, executive vice president and chief operating officer, continues in his role and “remains a vital part of the leadership team.”

“I am looking forward to providing further updates on the company’s strategic vision in the near future,” Pertchik said in the memo. “In the meantime, I am confident that our new executive leaders, in collaboration with our experienced team, will continue to provide you with the level of support you expect from Andmore. These leadership changes represent the future of the Andmore strategic direction, and I couldn’t be more thrilled about this experienced, diverse group of leaders.”
