Danielle Sassi has been named sales and markets operations lead and Emily Servin has been named strategic product lead
TOLLESON, Ariz. – Legends Home has announced organizational changes designed to support the company’s long-term vision, strengthen execution for its retail partners, and expand leadership opportunities for rising talent within the organization.
The changes align with Legends’ North Star: to be the leading domestic entertainment and mattress manufacturing partner for retailers who value speed, reliability and beautifully crafted product, while complementing its U.S. manufacturing capabilities with a strategically focused imported furniture business.

As part of the reorganization, Danielle Sassi has been named sales and markets operations lead, taking on expanded responsibility for supporting major retail customers and helping lead the planning and execution of Legends’ four major annual market events — two in Las Vegas and two in High Point.
Sassi brings a broad understanding of Legends’ business to the position, having previously held roles in both customer service and product. Her cross-functional experience and knowledge of Legends’ customers will help strengthen coordination between sales, product and operations as the company continues to scale with its retail partners.

Emily Servin has been named strategic product lead, expanding her responsibility to help lead the innovation process across both Legends’ domestic manufacturing and imported product businesses. Servin began her career at Legends in human resources before transitioning into product, most recently working within the company’s import furniture & domestic mattress businesses.
In her expanded role, Servin will help connect Legends’ domestic innovation capabilities with both case goods, mattresses and with its direct-container import business, creating a more integrated approach to product development across a broader range of home furnishings, styles and price points.
Both are new positions, with Danielle Sassi reporting to Brady Rice, vice president of product and national sales, and Emily Servin reporting to Sam Curtis, senior vice president of product.
“These changes represent how we want Legends to grow — by developing talented people from within and giving them meaningful opportunities to lead,” said David Reitz, president of Legends Home.
“Danielle and Emily have both demonstrated initiative, curiosity and a willingness to take on new challenges,” he said. “Our North Star calls on us to innovate quickly, execute consistently and continuously improve as a team. Developing our next generation of leaders is essential to delivering on that vision.”
The expanded roles also reflect Legends’ focus on concentrating resources where the company believes it has a structural advantage: combining the speed and reliability of U.S. manufacturing with carefully selected imported products that allow the company to serve a broader range of customer needs.
“Great product innovation requires more than coming up with new ideas — it requires connecting the customer, the market and our capabilities and then executing,” Sam Curtis said. “Emily has demonstrated an ability to work across functions and execute with excellence. Her expanded role will help us bring greater discipline and coordination to innovation across both our domestic and import businesses.”
