Description: The Director of Retail Fulfillment Center Operations is responsible for leading multi-site fulfillment and distribution operations with a focus on operational excellence, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This leader oversees warehouse management, order fulfillment, logistics, and workforce development while driving efficiency, scalability, and cost-effective operations. The role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to support business growth, improve service levels, and implement innovative solutions across the fulfillment network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-site distribution or fulfillment center networks.
- Proven success managing high-volume operations and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and customer service.
