Description: As a key member of the leadership team, you will be accountable for driving revenue and margin, evolving our product pipeline, and building a high-performing merchandising organization to support long-term growth. This role will define and execute the merchandising vision across all channels — balancing creativity, brand storytelling, and financial performance. You’ll bring a strong point of view on product, a deep understanding of the Hill House customer, and the ability to translate creative direction into commercially successful assortments.
Qualifications:
- 10–15+ years of merchandising experience, including senior leadership in fashion or lifestyle, preferably within a high-growth, vertically integrated Women’s fashion retail brand
- Proven track record of driving category growth, assortment strategy, and financial performance
- Deep expertise across Women’s RTW, with strong understanding of Accessories, Home, and/or Kids categories
- Strong taste level and brand sensibility, with experience in elevated or lifestyle brands
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear merchandising strategies
