Description: As a Stationary Merchandising Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development process. You will be the visionary who coordinates new fabric and leather combinations, ensuring our stationary upholstery line is second to none in style, quality, and value. Become a go-to analyst for the fashion and furniture industries, providing insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. You will research market trends, customer data, and competitor offerings to develop compelling, data-driven recommendations for new product ideas. In this role you will constantly review and source new fabrics and leathers from a global network of vendors to merchandise trend-right packages that drive sales and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
- 2 years’ experience in Interior Design is required
- 2 years’ experience in upholstery or furniture manufacturing is required
- Proven experience in product merchandising, product development, or category management, preferably within the furniture, textiles, or home décor industry.
