Description: As our Director of Data and AI, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise data, analytics and AI initiatives. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive customer experience, store performance, merchandising, supply chain optimization and omnichannel growth. You will partner closely with executive leadership, merchandising, marketing, store operations, supply chain, and technology teams to build scalable data platforms and AI capabilities that support both our corporate and field teams.
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics or related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in data, analytics and/or AI leadership roles.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong experience delivering data and AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Experience translating business strategy into data and AI solutions.
- Proven experience owning and managing Microsoft Fabric environments and Power BI platforms, driving scalable analytics and enterprise insights.
