Description: The Pottery Barn Vice President of Product Development & Design [Furniture] will develop the creative vision and aesthetic direction for the brand, cohesively connecting the seasons and layering the right product mix of core and fashion to attract the customer to the brand. The VP of Product Development will also direct the design teams to interpret concepts into product, ensuring that the teams have a thorough understand of the brand direction, process and desired outcomes. This role is also responsible for identifying new businesses and implementing staffing plans to support the current and expanding business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years leading a product design department; Furniture experience required
- Minimum of 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience.
