Description: The Director of Visual Merchandising will be responsible for leading all aspects of Visual Merchandising including strategy identification and implementation. They will executeVisual Merchandising programs, communication and visual training, and create visual direction, standards and processes for implementation at multiple store units in different markets. The person in this role will create, manage and implement the company’s visual merchandising strategy, including all visual concepts, projects, standards, signage, and floor and fixture plans.
Qualifications:
- Some college work in area of relevance, BA or BS preferred.
- 8+ years of experience furniture and/or accessory merchandising.
- Proven ability to develop direct and indirect reports and manage their performance
- Extensive background creating and implementing visual merchandising direction and processes
- Superior organizational skills and ability to work long hours.
