Description: As a VP of sales you will have the opportunity to lead the company’s commercial strategy across the furniture, bedding, retail and e-commerce product segments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in products, including toppers, pillows, and boxed mattresses. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the bedding industry or consumer discretionary products for the home, as well as experience in big box retail, e-commerce, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales organizations. The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the bedding industry or consumer discretionary.
- Deep knowledge of big box retail dynamics and buyer expectations
- Track record of driving online revenue growth through DTC or marketplace channels.
- Proven ability to scale sales operations and drive double-digit growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead with data-driven decision-making and long-term strategic vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
