This person is responsible and accountable for the creation and execution of plans and strategies for developing business and achieving Ashley’s sales goals. This individual is expected to create a culture of success and ongoing business and sales achievement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, account management, or a similar role within the retail or furniture industry. Proven track record of driving customer engagement, product adoption, and achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong financial literacy with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
