Description: As our Marketing and Advertising Coordinator you will report directly to the President and be a pivotal player in the marketing department. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about transforming marketing ideas into successful advertising campaigns that boost product visibility and strengthen brand identity.
In this role you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with our strategic goals and manage the creation and delivery of diverse promotional materials across digital, print, radio, and TV platforms. You will also onitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize effectiveness and ROI. Other responsibilities include overseeing advertising budgets, ensuring all projects are executed within financial constraints and staying ahead of market trends to drive innovative advertising solutions
Qualifications:
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and familiar with advertising management software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a relevant combination of education and 5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, especially within a retail setting.
- Expertise in multiple advertising mediums, including digital, social media, and traditional formats.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in advertising effectiveness tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
