Description: The Accounting Manager is an integral member of the accounting team, supporting the Controller and VP of Finance with month-end closing, financial reporting and analysis, inventory management, audit, compliance, and continuous improvement goals. This person will manage 842 lease reporting, and fixed assets, and coordinate and participate in inventory cycle counts and year-end valuation for audit. They will also develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s financial health and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience. CPA preferred.
- Superior analytical skills with an insatiable curiosity for business. Passionate about turning data into actionable information to drive value.
- Exemplary business partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational management skills.
- Experience with accounting, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
