Having worked at the company 24 years, Taylor King said Hatfield “has demonstrated unwavering dedication and leadership, starting his career with the company at the age of 17. His rise through the ranks—from sweeper to shipping manager and ultimately plant manager — has showcased his exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence.”
In his most recent role as plant manager, he led Taylor King’s manufacturing operations for the past nine years.
“His steady hand and solution-oriented operating style have earned him the trust and respect of both his team and the company’s customers,” the company noted. “As vice president of manufacturing, AJ will continue to oversee the company’s operations and ensure that Taylor King maintains its position as a leading provider of high-quality upholstered furniture.”
