Description: The Warehouse Lead assists the Warehouse Director in directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including employees supervision and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower. This person is responsible for supporting all maintenance aspects of the Colton DC including the following: electric plumbing, carpentry, buildings and grounds, welding, fabrication shop, housekeeping, OSHA compliance, safety, PRMs, power tools, HVAC and new project assigned based on the DC needs. They will maintain accountability for the safe, efficient and Lean Operation of the facility and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Several years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and repair across various trades
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Document management system.
