Resources range from appliance and electronics giants to furniture and mattress suppliers, showcasing the breadth of its product mix
THE WOODLANDS, Texas — The top 30 largest unsecured creditors in the recent Conn’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case have nearly $100 million in claims against the retailer.
According to the company’s initial petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, the claimants are owed a total of $99,866,377. They range from furniture and mattress resources to appliance and electronics giants such as Frigidaire, Whirlpool LG and Samsung, which harkens to the company’s presence in these diverse categories.
According to the filing, they also are just a portion of the estimated 25,000 to 50,000 creditors said to be owed money overall.
In order of the money owed, the top 30 unsecured creditors are as follows:

The Whirlpool debt was 100% attributed to Badcock side. Conn’s stopped carrying Whirlpool back in 2019 and was in process to do same with Badcock (and push in Samsung & LG.)
