Job Title: PL Account Assistant

Description: This position serves as an Associate to the Account Manager by supporting the eCommerce B2B business within the overall account. This role will assist in managing the product life cycle of furniture, textiles, and rug category assortments, own the day-to-day operations and workflows from inception to completion, and proactively and professionally communicate cross-functional teams internally, externally, and with vendors to optimize account sales and growth.
The person in this role will oversee the product life cycle of all Marketplace SKU assortments from the introduction through the decline phases by ensuring all SKU setup, product data, pricing, and photography submissions are accurate and submitted in a timely fashion, coordinating with Purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels, making sure the PIPs are audited and live on the website, and addressing any discrepancies found to create a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Merchandising, Manufacturing, or eCommerce roles, preferably on major national accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- · Experience with consumer products, preferably furniture, home goods, and textiles.
- · Able to use logic to interpret CAD files and spec information when reviewing product data. Superior attention to detail required.
