Description: Hudson Valley Lighting is seeking aa Regional Sales Manager to service the Western US and Western Canada. This Sales Manager will maintain, build, and grow relationships with retail outlets, residential interior designers, contract/hospitality design firms, and purchasing groups. This individual’s objective will be to further develop the current partner network in the region and work closely to drive business with our independent sales rep team. The ideal candidate will analyze customers’ needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products while growing sales in the Western US markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred in marketing or business.
- Five years of sales experience in consumer or building products.
- Demonstrated success in developing, growing, and managing relationships with retail, residential, and hospitality design.
- Proven ability to successfully manage a sales team.
