gravity motion seating, officially launched Cozzia 24/7 E-Training, a brand-new online platform for educating and training retail sales associates, at the winter Las Vegas Market. This introduction further strengthens their commitment to outstanding customer service and the success of their retail partners and RSAs.

Cozzia USA’s new E-Training platform supplements in-person training by their sales consultants, offering unlimited accessibility. RSAs access the platform for their initial training and have unlimited ongoing access to refresh their training and knowledge at any point. The new platform ensures updates & improvements can be made in real time with the ability to “tailor” training to an individual account. This allows personalization to specifically focus only on products carried by any given retail partner if they choose.

The e-Training platform contains 18 well-structured lessons designed to provide RSAs with everything they need to strengthen their sales success and better serve the end consumer. By clicking on the “link” provided an RSA will learn key information about Cozzia USA, their commitment to health and wellness seating, the innovation that drives that process, plus how they serve the industry, customers, and consumers.

A key component of the training is to develop a deeper understanding of the health benefits associated with Cozzia USA’s advanced massage chair technology and how this knowledge will help them sell more massage chairs. There are also specific details on the features and benefits of key components for each massage chair Cozzia USA offers in an easy to understand and digest format. RSA’s also gain a better understanding regarding the level of customer service support offered to retail partners and the consumer as well as the prominent level of marketing support provided to retailers “in-store” to assist RSA’s with the sales process.
