Description:
The Inside Sales Support is responsible for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure. Inside Sales Support is also responsible for understanding product selection, brand knowledge, order fulfillment, and after-sales service. This position reports to the National Contract Sales Manager.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in B2B retail environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Outstanding writing & communication skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
