Job Title: Performance Media Manager

Description: This position is responsible for running the daily execution of vivid disruptor Meta campaigns in addition to other media platforms as needed. The Manager is responsible for implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns to optimize for direct response efforts that meet overarching revenue goals.
The main focus of this role is to increase scale and improve KPIs of paid media campaigns through a combination of creative thinking, a/b testing, applying industry-specific and product-level knowledge, while always employing a data-driven methodology working directly with both data and brand team. This role requires a keen understanding of direct response advertising, with a proven record in developing and executing the “full-funnel” campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience executing Meta paid advertising campaigns in a highly data-driven environment managing $2MM+ campaigns
- Experience A/B testing within platform, utilizing additional conversion tracking tools post iOS 14 updates, performing conversion/brand lift studies and working with most ad formats and beta opportunities
- Consistent and proven track record with campaign buildouts/tests, and strong understanding of optimization strategies to maximize growth while meeting specific ROAS goals
