by DANBURY, Conn. — Eric D. Koster, vice president, general counsel and secretary for Ethan Allen plans to retire from the company effective April 28.
He has been with the company since April 2013. Before that he was a partner in various private law firms and served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for about 10 years before joining Ethan Allen.
The company has not publicly named a replacement.
