Description: The Director of Showroom Visuals will manage the visual merchandising process in all Holly Hunt showrooms worldwide to inspire guests by creating modern, luxurious and innovative interior environments and product displays. This is a leadership role that will also require a hands-on approach to the execution of merchandising plans. This position will report to Senior Vice President/Executive Creative Director.
The person in this role will uphold HH luxury brand standards, interior aesthetics, and showroom displays within Holly Hunt showrooms across the globe. They will also organize and execute creative direction initiatives within HH showrooms worldwide, elevating presentation and helping to drive sales results.

- Strong knowledge of high end luxury product and client buying experience
- Outstanding organization, problem solving, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
- Ability to build strong teams and analyze financial data to drive business forward
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organization
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of visual merchandising and design experience
- Previous leadership experience required, manager level and above preferred
