Description: Resident is looking for a talented, experienced Sr. Manager Paid Search who can impress with actions, not with industry buzzwords, to join the Paid Search team. As Sr. Manager Paid Search, this person will plan and develop paid search strategies that will lead to customer acquisition and sales growth, managing annual budgets in the eight figures. Additionally, this person must be data-driven and able to think outside the box & bring new ideas to the table to help grow already successful campaigns.

The person in this role will execute day-to-day campaign building, optimization and maintenance for multiple Google Ads accounts – ideation, keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, testing, reporting, etc. They will manage and implement campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Discovery Ads and Gmail Ads as well as all Bing products, and own all testing methodologies within search and shopping, including and not limited to bidding, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience actively managing AdWords and Bing paid search and shopping campaigns in B2C Ecommerce from prospecting to RLSA audiences. Local campaign experience is a plus
  • Experience in Google/Bing merchant center and manual feed development & management
  • Modern approach towards account structure – familiar with automated bid strategies, a consolidated account structure, DDA attribution model, portfolio bid strategies, etc.
  • Deep understanding of the Google ads ecosystem (algorithm, bid strategies/techniques, measurement, etc) as well as experience with Google Analytics 360. Understanding Google Campaign Manager would be a plus
