Stickley promotes Paul Peters to director, product development

MANLIUS, N.Y. – Luxury case goods and upholstery manufacturer L & JG Stickley has promoted industry veteran Paul Peters to director, product development.

Peters joined the company in November as director, upholstery merchandising.

In his new position, he will oversee product development across the Stickley line, including case goods development, a role previously held by Ben Radoll who left the company late last summer for a role at Klaussner.

In his new position, Peters reports to Edward Audi, president.

Before joining Stickley, Peters was chief operating officer at luxury furniture manufacturer Ferrell Mittman, a role he held for five years.

For just over three years prior, he was senior vice president, merchandising Heritage Home Group, where he managed the product portfolio of Broyhill, Drexel-Heritage, Henredon, Hickory Chair, Lane, Lane Venture, Maitland-Smith, Pearson and Thomasville.

Before that he was vice president and senior vice president, merchandising at Furniture Brands International, where he led upholstery merchandising and new product development and Broyhill and Lane.

Other prior roles included vice president, marketing, Hickory Hill Furniture Corp.; president, upholstery at Cochrane Furniture Company and vice president, sales and marketing at Clayton Marcus.
