MORGANTON, N.C. – Luxury case goods and upholstery manufacturer Chaddock Furniture Workroom is adding up to 40 new positions for skilled artisans and craftspeople across its organization.

“With the increased demand for hand-made custom furniture from our Morganton workroom, we have an incredible opportunity to hire and train the next generation of American craftspeople,” said Andrew Crone, CEO of Chaddock. “Ideal candidates have either demonstrated experience and passion for furniture or are new to the industry and eager to learn in a friendly, helpful and respectful environment.”

Among the incentives Chaddock employs to find and keep the best talent are pay increases and a new company-wide tenure program and comprehensive training for new and existing workers.

Other benefits include, health, dental, vision and disability insurance, a 401K plan with a company match, on-the-job training, flexible work schedules and PTO opportunities and updated facilities, including employee break areas.

“It’s great to see all of our associates experiencing the rewards of success from their hard work and dedication,” said Kevin Ward, president and chief operating officer. “It is also exciting to be adding many new team members to the Chaddock family.”
