Lifestyle Enterprise holding ‘Rollback’ digital sales event next month

July 13-24 event will give customers opportunity to purchase products at extreme values across its major categories

HIGH POINT — Full-line furniture resource Lifestyle Enterprise is holding another digital-only sales event this summer that ties in with the nation’s 250th anniversary and its own 30-year history as a value-driven resource for its customers.

The company’s “Rollback” sales event takes place July 13-24, offering its customers nearly two weeks in which to purchase discounted merchandise across its major categories. It will offer six bedrooms, five dining sets, five upholstery groups and three bunk beds. Five-piece bedrooms have FOB pricing between $199 and $599. The pricing also does not include tariffs as they are subject to change.

While offering roughly half the number of groups than its most recent Hsieh Days event in February, it represents a two-pronged savings event — a rollback on prices for some of its proven bestsellers — and a throwback to bestsellers from prior years that are now available with updated forms and finishes.

This updated Louis Philippe-inspired bedroom is among the ever-popular designs in the Lifestyle Enterprise line. It has an FOB price of $199 for five pieces.

As with previous events held in the winter, the company said this event is offering product developed in partnership with select factories and supply chain partners “to ensure strong inventory support and dependable execution throughout the promotional period.”

“In some cases we will go back in time and refresh winning products, as we all know that what is old is new again,” the company said, adding that it will offer some more current bestsellers and has worked with factories to roll back pricing without compromising quality.

“This unique opportunity allows retailers to improve margins on key products, or create their own promotional events designed to drive consumer traffic, increase sales and strengthen business during key selling opportunities,” the company said.

It also reflects the company’s long history of creating events, including flying buyers to Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, High Point and Las Vegas. The difference this time is that it wants to continue this in a digital format, while also maintaining its showroom presence in High Point.

In a recent interview with Home News Now, the company made some key distinctions between its physical shows at market and its digital sales events. Officials noted that the physical shows in High Point aim to foster relationships with opportunities for buyers to purchase during the show and in the weeks and months that follow. The upcoming summer digital event — like the initial Hsieh Days event in January 2025 and the second one this past February — continues to focus on selling to buyers online during a set number of calendar days, while creating a sense of fun in the process.

“The truth is that people now are comfortable with our digital events and they are comfortable buying from Lifestyle outside of market with these events that we have created,” said Michael Hsieh, chief executive officer. “We have done two of them, and they have grown, so our thought was ‘why not do another one during the summer?’”

They also are a way the company said it aims to embrace change and not simply do things the same way it has in the past. The timing also celebrates its history and the nation’s history by coinciding with their respective anniversaries.

“As an American company, we are excited to take part in the country’s celebration and carry that celebration to the furniture industry,” Hsieh said. “The industry has been on a roller-coaster ride for the past six years, but that does not mean we can’t still have fun and create offers that give our retail partners some selling opportunities.”

“For 30 years, Lifestyle Enterprise has been proud to grow as a U.S. company alongside outstanding retail partners across this great country and the home furnishings industry,” he added. “As America approaches its 250th anniversary celebration, we are honored to participate by offering a special event that reflects our appreciation for our retail partners, our industry relationships and the opportunities this country has provided.”

Retailers wanting to participate in the event can contact their Lifestyle sale representative for more information on program details, qualifying products and other promotional opportunities.
