The CPSC said the units were made in China and sold online at Walmart.com for about $100. It also noted that the same chests may have been sold on other websites.

The units are 38.6 inches tall, 15.7 inches wide and 26 inches across the front and weigh about 66 pounds. The come in white, black and brown finishes and have five drawers. The units are not labeled.

The agency said it also has issued a notice of violation of the STURDY Act to Uhomepro Inc. of Denver and that the company has not agreed to recall these dressers or offer a remedy to consumers.
