by HIGH POINT — Soundstage Immersive Soundbar Seating has hired industry veteran Wayne Pezzino as executive vice president of sales, a new position.
The company said that the executive brings decades of proven leadership and experience driving sales growth and building high-performing teams across the home furnishings industry.
He reports to company President and CEO Joe Savovic.
“Adding Wayne to the talented team at Soundstage will accelerate the brand’s growth,” Savovic said. “Wayne will oversee all sales strategy and business development, advancing our mission to redefine premium seating by combining world-class comfort, design, and immersive sound technology.”
Before joining Soundstage, Pezzino served in senior leadership roles, including vice president of sales at Nourison Home and vice president of sales (Northeast U.S. and Canada) at Ashley Furniture Industries, where he led large-scale teams, expanded market share, and strengthened key retail and distribution partnerships.
Soundstage’s line of sofas, sectionals and modular seating units feature advanced DSP high-definition sound with up to eight pre-installed, concealed speakers and up to two subwoofers for rich, deep bass.
