Description: The Ancillary Specialist is the field expert regarding the Haworth and Non-Haworth ancillary product offerings. You will work closely with our local Haworth representative to coordinate activities that will influence Haworth specifications within the A&D community. Your work will free up Sales & A&D to assist in the selection, application, and specification of ancillary products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to solve problems, lead design strategy, and be an expert as you assist in the creation of ancillary design within projects for dealer sales and dealer designs on how to successfully position and sell Haworth and Non-Haworth ancillary products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, accredited University preferred
- · 3-5 years of Industry-Related Experience
- · Commercial interior design, furniture applications, space planning, or equivalent skills and experiences (preferred)
- · Proficient in current CAD + CET and other Design Programs and Project Matrix software is preferred.
- · Solid knowledge of Haworth and other products (a plus)
- · Ability to be deadline-oriented and to work under pressure while tactfully dealing with stressful situations.
- · NCIDQ license preferred but not required
