Description: This role is a hybrid of sales, office and marketing responsibilities. You’ll interact with walk-in customers to help price and design custom cushions, assist in developing and managing the Shopify e-commerce platform, and create fun, engaging and informative marketing content to drive business growth and awareness. Familiarity with technology (CRM and POS) and social media are essential.
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy with experience in High Level (CRM) Shopify (Ecomm) and NetSuite (POS) or similar platforms.
- Energetic, creative, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
