COVINA, Calif. — Massage chair and zero gravity seating specialist Cozzia USA has promoted Crystal Bruns to regional sales and marketing director for the East Coast and Madison Bruns to regional sales and marketing director for the West Coast.
Both are new positions and report to John Cribbs, the company’s executive vice president responsible for directing and leading sales efforts for all Cozzia’s brands.
Crystal Bruns has been with the company for five years, most recently as director, national accounts, a role in which she handles e-commerce, events and marketing.
Madison Bruns has been with the company for seven years, most recently as national account director and media specialist. In this position she handles specialty retailers such as Relax the Back and also oversees media, social and digital-driven projects.
The company said that both will continue in their current roles, while also broadening their responsibilities to include managing independent sales representatives who are responsible for furniture direct channels.
A key goal is to foster improved communication and dissemination of information to the sales representatives who interact with current and potential customers.
The company said that the change will better support the flow of information coming back from the field to management, which it noted “will lead to better decision making, product development, customer support and have an overall positive impact on the company. Cozzia’s ultimate goal is always to better support customers, and this new structure will ensure that happens.”
