Description: TOV Furniture is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its e-commerce business, manage key accounts, and oversee an external sales rep network. This role is accountable for growth and performance across specific sales channels, including e-commerce and rep-driven wholesale. It is a leadership role, requiring experience managing multiple accounts at scale, strong organizational and CRM capabilities, and the ability to build and execute sales processes as the business grows. This senior role owns relationships and execution, reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the President and COO.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in furniture, home décor or related industry
  • Strong experience managing large e-commerce accounts
  • Proven success overseeing multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously
  • Prior leadership experience, managing people, reps, or teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite CRM, etc.)
