Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Central and Eastern U.S.)

Description: Diamond Mattress is seeking experienced and highly motivated Regional Sales Managers to lead our Central and Eastern U.S. sales teams. These individuals will play a pivotal role in driving growth through effective leadership, strategic account development, and collaborative execution. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in wholesale sales, ideally in mattresses or furniture, and experience managing both Independent (1099) and W2 sales representatives.
These roles require a hands-on leader who is comfortable being in the field with their team 60%-75% of the time, working side-by-side with reps and customers. The Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in supporting existing retail partners, securing new accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of wholesale sales leadership experience; mattress and/or furniture industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage both 1099 and W2 sales teams.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and team development skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customers, priorities, and territories.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred; SmartSheet experience a plus.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively (60%-75%) throughout the Central or Eastern U.S.
