Description: Bedgear is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative Senior Director of Forecasting & Supply Planning to lead its integrated planning and inventory strategy across demand forecasting, supply planning, and vendor performance. This role plays a critical part in aligning supply and demand, driving forecast accuracy, reducing excess inventory, and enhancing supplier reliability to support multi-channel growth across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and in-house production. This cross-functional leader will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Operations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or required field is highly preferred. Equivalent working experience is acceptable.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in consumer goods, with multi-channel operations (DTC, retail, wholesale, manufacturing).
- Proven success in S&OP leadership and forecast improvement.
- Strong command of planning software (NetSuite, SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
