Top 30 unsecured creditors in At Home Group bankruptcy represent a diverse mix of suppliers

Companies have more than $101 million in claims for products or services they have not been paid for in full

WILMINGTON, Del. — The top 30 unsecured creditors in the At Home Group Chapter 11 bankruptcy are owed more than $101 million for products and services for which they are awaiting full payment.

This, of course, is just a fraction of the estimated 10,000 to 25,000 creditors owed money in the case, likely representing hundreds of millions of dollars in additional claims collectively.

The companies represent a wide mix of products and services provided to the HNN 125 retailer, ranging from outdoor furniture and area rugs to cushions and foam and fiber used in indoor and outdoor residential furniture. Other resources provided outdoor and seasonal/holiday decor, along with planters, bedding, kitchen and bath, lighting and wall art, to name several major home décor categories.

The retailer also carried a wide mix of home accents, artificial flowers and plants, window treatments and storage items ranging from office and laundry room organization to baskets and bins and bathroom organizers, to name several. Major furniture categories included bedroom, dining and living room, as well as accent furniture and home office.

In the top 10 unsecured creditors, US Bank is the top largest unsecured creditor with an unsecured claim of $58 million.

It was followed by decorative pillow resource Brentwood Originals, with a claim of $5,339,030.62; outdoor furniture and décor resource Yotrio Corp., with a claim of $3,852,647.41; outdoor cushion resource Jordan Manufacturing, with a claim of $3,592,940.80; indoor and outdoor cushion resource Pillow Perfect Inc., with a claim of $2,887,565.78; foam and densified fiber manufacturer for indoor and outdoor furniture Home Fashions International, with a claim for $2,188,773.51; upholstered seating and dining chair resource Cui Liu Designs, with a claim of $2,035,910.76; Realty Income Corp., with a claim relating to a lease agreement for $1,766,483.36; accent rug resource Loloi Rugs, with a claim of $1,728,875.03; and Transform HoldCo., for a lease agreement claim of $1,470,415.76.

+ Vereit Operating Partnership LP: $974,291.69.

+ Satori Home Ltd.: $917,180.19.

+ Seasons (HK) Ltd.: $893,816.94.

+ Regal Home Collections Inc.: $794,553.20.

+ Xiamen Share-Well Industrial & Trading: $775,665.56.

+ Roadie Inc.: $759,903.53.

+ National Retail Properties Inc.: $724,862.53.

+ Staples: $710,268.96.

+ Dior International Ltd: $683,468.20.
