Job Title: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Description: The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring recruiting strategies for Broad River Retail, LLC. This role is also responsible for driving thought leadership, strategic direction, and employer branding activities across Broad River Retail, LLC to include observing and revising recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruitment specialists, and identifying high-potential candidates. This role will act as a conduit between Broad River Retail, LLC’s Human Capital Department, Corporate Administration, and all other Operating Departments by coaching and at times, leading a cross-functional circle of team members to deliver the required integrated recruitment and people services as directed by Human Capital Leadership.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have a BA or BS in business-related or human resource studies with post graduate qualifications being highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Human Resources or Recruitment/Recruitment Marketing
- Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision
- Corporate and/or Field Recruitment experience required
- Vendor management know-how is essential
