CHARLESTON, S.C. — Level Up Home, which reintroduced the Simmons upholstery brand this past spring, has named industry veteran Mark Price president and chief revenue officer.
As president, he fills a role previously held by Jay Quimby, who left the company for a sales management role at Man Wah after the October High Point Market.

Price comes to the company from Minhas Furniture House Ltd., where he was executive vice president of sales and marketing for nearly two years. Before this, he was brand director at Enza Home and vice president of sales at Sealy Sofa.
He also previously worked as executive vice president of sales and marketing at Flair/Minhas Furniture Group and also was vice president of sales at Powell Home Fashions and vice president of sales at Amisco. Earlier in his career, he was national sales manager at Primo International for more than 12 years and senior vice president of sales at Rosalco for about 10 years before that.
In his new position, he will be responsible for various areas of the business from merchandising to leading a sales team of nearly 30 independent reps which provide coverage from the East to the West Coast.
Price said he is excited about the opportunity, particularly in the marketing clout and synergies in technology and RSA training that a large well-known bedding and upholstery brand brings to the table.
Level Up Home will showcase its motion and stationary sofa line at the Las Vegas Market where it is leasing an estimated 18,000 square feet of space in B-1262.
