Palazzo AI names 2 furniture industry professionals to its team

NEW YORK — Palazzo AI, a leading platform that enables retailers and real estate teams to design, visualize, and sell furniture, has appointed two leading home-furnishing professionals to its team. Rich Peterson joined as chief revenue officer, and Iris Palmer was named director of customer success and growth. These appointments underscore Palazzo AI’s rapid ascent as the best-in-class platform for AI-powered interior visualization, delivering photorealistic room transformations, shoppable virtual staging, and high-impact merchandising content for the home furnishings and real estate sectors.

Rich Peterson

Peterson is an industry veteran known for scaling retail operations and digital transformation. A notable pioneer in furniture e-commerce, Peterson was one of the original executives at Powell Home Fashions, where he shaped early growth and product strategy for one of the sector’s most recognized brands. Later, he co-founded and served as CEO of OfficeFurniture.com and FurnitureOnline.com, establishing some of the industry’s earliest and most influential digital retail platforms.

Iris Palmer

Palmer has extensive experience in customer success, operations, and retail storytelling, while also leveraging her deep B2B SaaS and digital transformation expertise to drive scalable growth initiatives for customers. She previously led digital account management at furniture tradeshow operator Andmore and served as director of home furniture sales at ALL3D, where she collaborated with top manufacturers to integrate AI-driven workflows and optimize e-commerce performance.

“Rich and Iris bring deep industry experience in helping retailers and manufacturers monetize their technology investment, giving our clients a real edge in terms of boosting e-commerce sales,” said Palazzo AI Founder and CEO Raffi Holzer. “Today’s consumer is looking for retailers who engage them. Palazzo AI’s technology makes buying furniture effortless. We have a team in place that can build on our momentum, and we are poised for robust growth in the year ahead.”

“Palazzo AI’s technology is a real game changer. It provides retailers and real estate companies with an incredible platform to better visualize every furniture design setting, while also allowing for immediate click-thru purchasing that can drive better sales engagement,’ said Peterson. “We are building a team that is laser focused on providing our Palazzo AI partners with the capabilities to engage with customers more effectively that result in higher revenue and more positive outcomes.”

According to Palmer, the company’s platform is an exciting opportunity to help both retailers and consumers. “We have something very special. A consumer can be looking at a home setting, either on a retailer site or even a listing for real estate, fall in love with a piece of furniture, and just buy it right there,” she said. “I believe Palazzo AI revolutionizes the way home furnishings shopping is done.”
