The person in this role will develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans, and oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution center or warehouse operations
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multiple facilities or large-scale operations
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving measurable results
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, automation, and distribution technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
