Lilola Home announces move into new HQ, distribution facility in Ontario, California

Expanded showroom and warehouse facilities will showcase more products while also carrying more inventory

ONTARIO, Calif. — Upholstery and wood furniture resource Lilola Home is moving to a new headquarters, showroom and warehouse facility here that aims to better serve customers by combining two facilities into one.

During the fourth quarter of this year, the company is moving to a 15,000-square-foot office and showroom at 1290 Elm St. in Ontario that also has a 145,000-square-foot warehouse. Both the administrative offices and showroom along with the warehouse are double the size of its existing facilities, also in the Ontario area, the company told Home News Now.

The company said the move also brings its entire team under one roof for the first time, “creating space for continued growth and operational efficiency.” The new showroom also will allow the company to display its entire mix of Lilola Home products, including upholstery, dining tables and chairs, occasional tables and entertainment consoles, storage pieces, accent chairs and youth seating.

In addition, the company said, the expanded showroom will allow it to create more room settings while also hosting customers in dedicated meeting spaces.

The warehouse aims to improve efficiencies by creating more space for inventory, more dock space for the loading and unloading of product and what the company described as a better overall layout.

The company said this will improve inventory management and speed up order fulfillment, both key ingredients for the success of its e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail business across North America.

“We’ve made deliberate investments in our infrastructure to support long-term scalability,” said Chad Ng, chief financial officer of Lilola Home. “This facility enhances our ability to manage inventory more effectively and meet demand with greater agility.”

John Chen

The company added that the facility has strategic access to ports, highways and rail networks and also “consolidates Lilola’s operations, streamlines internal workflows and creates a flexible foundation for future team and product expansion.”

“This move represents the next chapter for Lilola Home,” said John Chen, chief executive officer. “It’s about more than just space — it’s about investing in our people, improving our customer experience and preparing for the next phase of growth.”

Company President Teresa Su echoed Chen’s thoughts on the new building.

“When we started Lilola Home in 2018, we could never have dreamed our company’s success would lead us to this point,” she said. “I’m so very proud of our team, and we deeply appreciate the continued support of our customers and factory partners who made this journey possible.”

The company said it plans to host an open house and customer tour later this year to showcase the new facility and also preview upcoming product launches.
