Description: The Furiture Warehouse is currently searching for a talented and experienced director of furniture sales education to lead its sales team with six locations in the southwest Florida area. Your duties will include motivating its sales management team, and its team of 65 sales associates. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. The Director of Furniture Sales Education must also understand how to build relationships and understand customer trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Relevant Field.
- A Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Furniture Management and Furniture Sales Training or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Marketing Techniques and Best Practices.
- Capacity to Manage Various Projects.
- Excellent Listening, Negotiation and Leadership Skills.
- Outstanding Written, Verbal and Communication Skills.
